Vegan Malibu Avocado Burger - from Eatunique

This is usually made on toasted flatbread (which is amazing), but they were out of that so I got it on sourdough bread. Sourdough was the only other bread that they could readily say was vegan…but maybe some of their other breads happen to be vegan as well. It was really tasty, and the veggie patty seemed to be homemade. This place also makes really good vegan chili, but that is probably out of season by now.

Coconut Corn Chowder - from Quick Fix Vegan

With cilantro on top! This was really good…especially with some homemade foccacia on the side!

Trader Joe's Thai Vegetable Gyozas

This is one of my favorite products from Trader Joe’s. They’re delicious and insanely easy to cook. You can just take them out of the freezer, throw them in a pan with some water, cover it while on medium heat for a few minutes, then uncover and cook until they are lightly browned on the bottom. I love these ‘lil guys! Whenever I eat them I feel like I’m eating leftovers from a fancy restaurant.

Tofu Pho - from Tram's Kitchen

The vegetarian pho from Tram’s Kitchen in Pittsburgh, PA (Bloomfield) is ridiculously good!! It is served in a HUGE bowl. This was the leftover soup that I had for lunch the next day. It is insanely good!!! I had a tofu spring roll as an appetizer, and it was pretty good. It was served with fish sauce, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. But, luckily I asked about it before I ate it. You can dip it in soy sauce, but I think a peanut sauce would be better to dip it in.
